Very well run hotel at a great location. The Ambience mall next door is great if you have kids and very convenient to just walk over. Breakfast was terrific and so was the spa. Afternoon drive to the airport was quite quick. One of the best places to stay in the National Capital Region (NCR).

I’ve been staying at Leela Ambience for the past four years and always experienced amazing service. Currently staying here as well, and once again the hospitality has been excellent. Special thanks to Ms. Shikha Shukla and Mr. Yogesh for going above and beyond in helping organize my friend’s 50th birthday — they made the celebration truly memorable. That said, I feel the breakfast service could be improved. The restaurant staff seem quite new and don’t give much attention, even overlooking basic courtesies such as offering water, which left me feeling uncomfortable. A bit more attentiveness in the breakfast area would really bring the service up to the same high standard the rest of the hotel is known for. Because of this, I am considering whether to continue with Leela Ambience or look at other destinations for my future stays.

An absolutely amazing stay at the Leela Ambience Gurugram!! Our anniversary celebration made incredibly special by @Pritesh. We could not have asked for a more fantastic experience. The trips and guides organised by the hotel, including our visit to the Taj Mahal created unforgettable memories that will last a lifetime time. The Leela, in my view is one of the best hotels around with a very authentic wow factor. All of the staff made us feel very welcome with incredible hospitality. The facilities combined with the great vibe makes this hotel a something really special. We’re sad to be leaving but will be back in the future. Thanks to Pritesh and all of the staff at the Leela for making this the most amazing anniversary holiday yet!

Excellent hotel excellent staff - being a titanium member I was auto upgraded to the club room - with the usual welcome fruits and pastries the room itself was perfect big and all top notch amenities the hotel is located perfectly near the airport and next to one of the best malls around - the pool clean , good well equipped gym with fantastic attendants used the steam room as well , breakfast was abundant and tasted excellent again service was top notch the hotel is an ideal combination of the best hard product with a complementing softer aspect from the moment you step in everyone tries to go the extra mile a special shout out to Moshmi at reservations and Rajesh from housekeeping infact the entire staff but I remembered only these two names .Even though the hotel was full I never felt it , I have stayed at the Leela Chennai which was good but the Leela ambience Gurugram is at a different level . Special note To the team - this hotel should stand as an example of how a luxury property should be and I complement you for doing a great job you have won a customer for life - fantastic work - I recommend to anyone on business or pleasure .
