we stayed at The Leaf Munnar Resort on 9–10 September. The overall stay was nice, and the food quality was good. However, this is not a 5-star property as advertised — it’s more of a 4-star level. The staff is polite but needs better training and polishing. The connecting road to the hotel is in very poor condition, which affects the experience. Otherwise, the resort is good for a comfortable stay.

We had a memorable stay with family. Food needs a major improvement as even kerala special food items were not upto the mark. Hospitality was top-notch. Guest service manager Arun was continuously checking with us if we were comfortable and likewise chef Sijo. Landscape was amazing and rooms were very neat. Evening tea time and cooking classes are to be appreciated. It would have been better if they have spa in their premises.

I enjoyed the welcome and farewells, and the service provided by the friendly and attentive staff. Since my daughter doesn't eat hot peppers, I asked the restaurant to cook a dish without the hot peppers, and the food was ready in just a few minutes. Thank you, The Leaf. Thank you for the commemorative photo. I didn't like the roughness of the road in the last 900 meters leading to the resort. I hope they provide a pool heater in the future, as the pool water is cold, especially at night. Thank you.

Had great stay at The Leaf Munnar, friendly & polite staff. Good property with fun activities, cleanliness & pool area. Raja was really thorough with communication, making sure the stay was pleasant as well as providing details to his colleagues on his absence. Hoping to have few more food and dessert option as a vegetarian for my next visit!
