Decent for business experience. Ms. Prakriti was kind enough for assistance required. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient.

The superlative degree of Worst service one can get from this so called "5 Star" hotel. Have sent email to all concerned and yet to receive a feedback, issues are described below. Request all to read and refrain yourself from going there. Issue #1: Utterly inhuman behaviour from Mr. Swaraj Dutta & Abul Hasan with our vendor and lack of coordination among departments. The attached agreement is the contract of our event that took place today where we were supposed to start at 0900 hrs and finish at 1800 hrs but we could start at 12:15 hrs and finish at 1805 hrs. The delay of starting was because of miscommunication and lack of coordination as we were roaming around to find a person to guide us, solve our problems but got no one till 0945hrs [45 minutes after our contracted starting time] both Mr. Swaraj [point of contact] & Mr. Abul [Banquet Manager] were not responding to calls continuously. It was way difficult to reach them. Mr. Abul first answered as my number was unknown to him and then didn't answer till he reached hotel. Mr. Swaraj answered after 1 hour of our try but totally disagreed the terms of buffet arrangement which was verbal as we trusted 5 Start Hotel, our fault. We had booked 1 room for wash and change with our event contact and 2 other rooms [interconnected]. The event room was supposed to be handed over at 0800 hrs but could check in at 1000 hrs, we requested early check-in for 1 of other 2 rooms at 0830 hrs but got at 1000 hrs keeping our guest waited for 2hrs. We didn't get the interconnected room. The 3rd room we got after 1600 hrs [after 2 hrs of check-in time] and that too on a different floor. Got no help from anyone. There was no coordination among departments, we really don't know how you manage to run this property with these bunch of unprofessional, inhuman employees. Issue #2: We never did anything without permission, we even stopped bursting confetti once asked by your staff but when we asked our guests coordinators to have their packed meal [Veg Thali from Gupta Brothers, food permission form was duly signed during entry] at buffet area nearby restaurant [with permission from serving staff] they were simply ill-treated and asked to get out in between their meal and some of them could not have food. Issue #3: As our event ended at 1805 hrs [ 05 mins after contracted time] our vendor started removing lights and accessories but suddenly Mr. Abul started abusing the vendor staffs at around 1830 hrs, we had a huge setup as our guest count was 225 which went upto 232 and it needed time to remove them. Please share your explanation on the stated issues and share us a suitable time to meet you in person after 21st April. Please Note: This was our disrespect, defamation of our company and we will not leave it unexplained. An early response will be appreciated.
