I had an amazing stay at Lalit Eastern Grand Kolkata! From express check-in to hassle-free luggage handling and smooth check-out, everything was seamless. A big thank you to Saraswati from Housekeeping for keeping everything perfect. Mohar, Amjad, and Sudip Pal from the breakfast team made every morning special with their warm smiles and excellent service. At the front desk, Ankesh, Sainur, and James were incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. I was traveling alone for both work and a personal trip, but the constant smiles and friendly nature of the staff made it feel like home during my 4-day stay. The highlight was the thoughtful “Happy Journey” cake at the end—such a kind and generous gesture. Truly a memorable experience. I will definitely come back soon and highly recommend it to my friends and family!

Had a wonderful stay at The Lalit Kolkata with my family. The service was excellent and the staff were extremely courteous and attentive, making us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our visit. Everything from check-in to our overall experience was smooth and comfortable. It was truly a lovely stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kolkata.
