One of the most unprofessional hotels I have come across in my history of travelling throughout the world. And I have done quite a few travels in my life as would be evident from reviews made on this website. Almost 4 months before our travel and stay at this hotel I had paid an advance of Rs.1,000/- as advance against booking for two nights 23 and 24 Nov 2022 telling them clearly that I was 74 years old and that the trip for health reasons could get cancelled. Unfortunately from the beginning of October 22 I started getting back pain so much so that inspite of best efforts the trip had to be cancelled. I then requested the hotel to please refund the advance money as my doctor advised me against travelling. The hotel refused to honor my request and refused to refund the advance. I could understand that had the cancellation been done 15 days before the travel the hotel had the right to deny the refund but I see no reason to deny me the refund when the cancellation was made almost 2 months in advance. In view of the above I woud advise travelers never to pay any advance to this most unprofessional hotel. Also if I ever travel to Kolkata the last hotel I would be staying in would be this hotel.

Good Hotel , Good Service, in house restaurant yet to be operational as per the Front office will be operational by Mid June. Very good location close to Gariahat Main Market and lots of highly rated restaurants and cafe around the hotel. Personally had few meetings at Kasba and Jodhpur Park both were very close and convenient for me to reach.

Great New Property With nice service and contemporary interiors . Led screen was 42 inches and the bed was very comfortable. Location of the property was very convenient and parking facility right in front of the Hotel was big plus. Would recommend this property overall for the price I paid

The stay was very comfortable and the the hotel was good. Hotel location is very good. Everything is neat and clean room are good for in this price range. I would like to mention Mr. Avijit who constantly took care us in every need. Great hospitality and definitely recommended.
