If you go for non ac rooms ...Get ready for very bad experience Very bad room..Worst service..No ventilation in room..Fan is dirty and no swing and runs very slowly..Plugs are falling... Lights are not working.. Only space to stand. No service and no change of bed sheets, towels

The rooms are terrible when we asked to change the sheets or ask the towels the hotel staff is taking too much time and giving only one thing at one time if you asked 2-3 items. The person who is at the reception is very annoying. We have called him to change the bed sheet and clean the room but no one came. We have booked this room through makemytrip when they called to the hotel reception then the person came and we changed our room. But the another room is also dirty. The person claim that they have cleaned the room in the morning and dust is expected in the rooms. The rooms are smelly, bedsheets are dirty, towels are tore.

Good, clean hotel in Tirupati. Decent sized room, clean bathroom with hot water. Some train noise due to the proximity of the railway line. There is free wifi available but only in the reception area.

Great customer service, no discrimination, great rooms, apt cleanliness, awesome proximity to railway and bus station, tea and other restaurant nearby. We were 12 members from a family and we all appreciated everything of this hotel. Best budget stay!

Budget AC accommodation with covered car parking, 24 hours hot water, no restaurant attached to this Hotel, auto available in front of hotel, don't expect complementary water bottle. Hotel is bit inside, if driving better to take help of Google map.
