A very clean and modern hotel located near the BTS station. I stayed here because of its proximity to the Canadian Embassy, which is a 5 minute walk. The room is very small but it was fine for a 2 night stay. There is a new skyscraper being built nearby so it gets loud after 8am. Other than that, it was quiet. I appreciated the complementary snacks and water in the lobby every day.

Pro: 1. Strategic location accessible within 5 min walking distance from BTS and MRT 2. Free Thai instant noodle, biscuit, banana, coffee that you can have in the morning. 3. I booked two twin sharing rooms and I got one free upgrade room from twin sharing to triple bed room with complimentary from Booking.com for my genius membership. 4. Staff are very friendly and helpful. 5. Free drinking water in the fridge and replenish daily. 6. A lot of tv stations to watch. 7. Book ahead few months to get a better room rate. 8. Slipper is provided in the room. Definitely this hotel is recommended to stay and I will definitely come back to stay in this hotel in the future. Con: 1. No kettle in the room. You need to go to ground floor to drink hot water. 2. No toothbrush and toothpaste provided but this is fine with us.

26-07-2022 room 501 Arrived s bit early no problem the hotel is nearly empty. The Inn has changed a lot, and amenities have disappeared: no coffee in the room, lobby coffee machine not working, no food, no tv channels. Not the place it used to be. Reception lady friendly and kind. She explained that it was the low season and renovations were underway. Room 501 faces the busy Saladaeng street which can be pretty Noisy. Not the best of stay especially when you consider the cost to quality ratio . Sad but I can no longer recommend the Inn.Sad the Inn has been for many years our first stop in Bangkok. Adios.

Room : Good quiet and comfortable. In-house safe very old and problematic to use. Available pillows provided were minimal. Swimming pool : None Breakfast : NA Location : Good. Near to trains but pathway not smooth with ups and downs when lugging your baggage. Assessible easily to both BTS & MRT. Staffs : Being a small scale hotel, one of the reasons I come back so often for 1-2 nights is the personal service. Met reception Mou and she knows instantly which room I was when I was getting my key from the reception. Feels good when they are so attentive. Agoda : On the site it listed the Deluxe room as having a bathtub and this was important because since they do not have a swimming pool I upgraded to Deluxe. However the reception advised not all Deluxe rooms have bathtubs. So I may not place this hotel as my preferred one.

I found The Inn Saladaeng in the quiet but convenient part of Silom/Saladaeng. If you're taking the car from airport, etc, you can use the smaller Saladaeng roads to come. If BTS/MRT, both are about 5 minutes walk. The hotel is pretty dated but it is still very clean and stayable. I found all the team members here very friendly and helpful.
