I stayed at Hotel Gold Regency for 10 nights during a business trip to India. At first, I felt a bit uncomfortable because the bed sheet had a small stain that caused some itching. However, once I informed the reception, they were quick to respond and immediately cleaned the room with great care and professionalism. I ordered room service every night, and the service was consistently fast and excellent. The staff were responsive and friendly throughout my stay. The location is also very convenient—there are many souvenir vendors right in front of the hotel, so I didn’t have to go far to shop for gifts. The room itself was very comfortable. Despite the hotel being located on a busy street, we couldn’t hear any honking or outside noise from the room, which allowed us to sleep peacefully every night. Overall, I was satisfied with the service and facilities provided. This hotel is a great choice for both business travelers and tourists.

very poor management system, staff behavior very rude and uses abuse words. there staff uneducated they talking like wrongly. there is no hospitality. please ignore this hotel. dear all don't book this hotel. when i call to hotel staff and said please book a room instantly he told me send me payment.. no manners no behavior of talking no hospitality. when i say please share your mail and confirmation after that i will make the payment. then she speak wrongly and shoutly and after that cut the phone

The hotel is located at the doorstep of the New Delhi Railway Station, but keep it in mind that the hotel is located beside Platform Number 1. The amenities are good, food is also nice. Recommended for stay if someone wants to catch early morning Train from New Delhi Railway Station.

This hotel is located at prime location, shopping and food options are plenty. Good place to stay. This is very near to Delhi Railway station and they drop to airport at very nominal price (Rs 700 Non AC). 10-15 minutes walk to RK Nagar marg metro station. Slightly costly than some other hotel around

AVOID AT ALL COST and save yourself time, money and headache. While waiting to be checked-in, other customers were spoken to rudely - this should've been the first sign of what is about to be our experience & more. While checking in, we were asked for more documentation which we didn’t have on-hand. He refused to check us in, fully aware that we had stayed at 3 other hotels who never requested this documentation from us. Rather than having an adult conversation & helping customers, he continued to be rude & started belittling other hotels we previously stayed at. He also told us that if we left, we wouldn’t find any hotels that would allow us in without the document & that we’d end up coming back to this hotel - a scare tactic he assumed we'd fall into, as it was way past 9/10 PM and 2 females trying to check-in a hotel in Delhi. After an excruciating conversation, we left & found a hotel that checked us in without any issues and did not request any extra documentation from us. Please note, that during our entire trip to India we've checked into 11 hotels, none of which have asked us for the extra documentation that this hotel had asked for. They denied us a refund even though they were the ones to refuse to check us in. Moreover, after my experience with other hotels in India, I advise everyone to be cautious with the documents you are providing here, as I wouldn't be surprised if they might be running an ID theft scam business, with this hotel as a front.
