Pankaj , a front desk associate was extremely rude to me at the reception. ai was with my family and asked a simple question to which he reponded extremely rudely. The front desk is not at all helpful. Would not recommend the hotel at all

For couples, it is not a good location. But metro station is walk able distance to reach the place around central Delhi. In general, facilitates are o.k. Bed room and bath room are clean. Breakfast was mainly in Indian style, should have some preparation for those who are not familiar with Indian food.

The Exotica Grand was not on our itinerary but since the last hotel we were supposed to stay in was a disaster, 15 of us moved to the Exotica occupying 7 rooms on the 3rd floor. We were shown the rooms before we checked in, and was happy and glad to see that it looked exactly as pictured, each and every room! It had nice hot water supply 24/7!! A blessing finally, we had 24 hrs hot water supply that came 20 seconds or so as soon as we turned on the tap and shower. Had a good long bath after a week! Like seriously :). Especially during winter, hot water supply is a great necessity. Free WIFI was also good with consistent network! Will definitely stay at during our whole trip. Well maintained toilets and rooms were clean. Will be back!
