I stayed in this hotel to celebrate my marriage anniversary . The rooms are spacious and airy. Broad corridors , clean lobby, nice cosy restaurant. The staff are very helpful. The food is very tasty and served hot. I plan to come and stay again

Waste of money hotel.

1. Room chair Damage. 2. Washroom is not Clean properly. 3. Recepnent Behavior is not good. 4. Bathroom Slippers are not available in Hotel Hotel Manager said slippers are not available at the time. 5. The electrical switch is hanging inside the room. 6. Bedsheet is not clean. I book 4 rooms but after checking the room status I cancel all the rooms. Moreover many things so I suggest everyone plz don't book any room in this hotel. Today I have a check-in room after looking at the room. I book a room at another hotel. For hotel:- Need to be proper maintenance of hotel rooms and arrange housekeeping items. Please Teach your staff to respect the guest so that your guest will be happy. Thanks

The guy on the night shift responsible of the phone. 19th Oct 2022. My kid brother has booked a room in the hotel and his train was delayed, so I called the hotel to order his dinner. Which, I understand was already too late. However, since my brother is not familiar with Guwahati and is still young, he might have a difficult time to search for restaurants open at the late hour. Upon calling the number provided by on their website and on Google, the guy straight up picked up and said, "uh." Like it was calling a personal number instead of a hotel. Which confused me a little. After being told about the hotel's restaurant being closed, I was trying to understand how we can make the order (meaning, if we can order it after reaching the hotel or before), the guy straight up hung up the call without a single second of consideration. I understand that service providers are usually busy trying to run the hotel and restaurant, but the guy straight up hung up the call half way in between the call, that too after he was done talking. I called back, I asked him for customer service, atleast hear out the customer. He said, he has other customers to take care of and simply hung up the call again. That's twice. It took me by surprise because the hotel is supposed to be of quality and not just some dabba by the road side, the guy has no soft skills and must not be trained in hospitality. Sounded like he owned the street and not just the hotel. More like a thug and non like a service provider. I won't recommend the hotel especially if you are booking for your parents or for office staff during visit. If that is the service provided, I won't want anyone I know, care or respect to face that type of service.

I had worst experienced in this hotel regarding beahviour of the manager,rooms condition are worst...i had bookes full hotel for marriage functions..out of 35 rooms 17 rooms gaeser is not working..maximum bathrooms locks are broken...there is no water in maximum bathrooms n unhygienic..no toileteriws are given...if we complain for the same tha managers wont listen and later they harass us by making lift unuse...all staffs wants extra money..they harass decorators and caterers by not giving them kitchen...pl never book this hotel at all...there is onky 11 staff in this hotel and previously there was 90 staffs....hotel manager mr dhar and pramod sharma they are very cunning and will harass u...they dont follow there worda at all given during the time of booking.....I REQUEST YOUALL NEVER EVER BOOK IN THIS HOTEL...YOUR EXPERIENCE WILL BE HORRIBLE LIKE US...

Third class hotel , burnt tea, dirty linens and broken bathroom fittings , for 2 out of 3 nights they didn't provide bath towels as they were out of it, we paid 3000 rupees + taxes for this pathetic hotel , simply avoid it !
