Chitvan Resort is the perfect getaway from hustle of cities..very beautiful and therapeutic..so calm, peaceful and close to nature..unlike the nowadays cramped up conjusted hotels..I found the rooms also so spacious,comfortable,clean and cozy..They facilities of activities for children like swimming pool,Table tennis..The owners are very warm and Hospitable..very sweet couple The best part of this Resort was the food,the variety and taste ...just outstanding..it's a must come family place...me and my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay...will look forward to coming here again..

The photographs look great on the website. We were downgraded and when I asked they quietly shifted us to the deluxe room. I thought that was sneaky and cheap. The rooms were at best 2 star or average. The size of the deluxe room we got was nice. However the bathroom was a mess. The bum washer leaked into the floor and made a messy wet bathroom floor. The shower was not functioning. One had to have a bath with one hand while the other was keeping the water from the shower moving to the tap. Not very clean as well. No wifi in rooms. Network is also sketchy. So keep your devices on the side and spend some time in solitude with trucks on the highway honking as they pass by. The attitude of the staff is weird as well. I called to ask for a few milk sachets and tea bags, the guy told me come and have chaii in the restaurant! I asked him is it a problem to send extra, he said he would send some. Never understood that! Would not recommend!

MakemyTrip had booked this hotel in Ajmer. It is far from city. The landscape of resort is beautiful but the maintenance and upkeep of hotel leaves lot to be desired. Our room was upgraded but the bathroom had rusted pipes, torn towels, breakfast was not buffet so prepared whenever we wanted more and it was half cooked. Staff was courteous but management needs to be blamed. Have filled up feedback. Hopefully management has addressed it.

The place is very suitable for travellers to take a break. Right on highway. Neat and clean though an old structure. Perhaps due to very salty water. If room is towards the front, you will hear all the noise from highway traffic. One big negative is that no wifi is provided.

I had stayed at Chitvan Resort for 2 nights with family and I must say we had such a comfortable stay.Impeccable cleanliness and maintenance,rooms were so clean and so spacious.There is a lot of outdoor space,garden,pool which my kids thoroughly enjoyed.Good room service facility,warm water was always coming.Beds were exceptionally clean and comfortable,rooms were well equipped with all necessary amenities.Food was just outstanding specially Butter paneer.Above all the owners were so warm and comforting...Great Hospitality from them!! Would visit here again for sure!! Nivedita
