Property is very nice. Different rooms with amazing views. Spacious rooms and nicely made. The over all hotel staff and service is amazing. Food is also very good. My customised instructions to make food as per my taste were also considered. It's at a very good location, right on the main road. I am definitely coming back to Allure Grand in my next trip to Manali.

A small slice of heaven

It was a memorable experience at Allure Grand. Everything was near perfect. Warm hospitality all around. Felt like we are at home. Suresh is an amazingly customer friendly individual. His efforts as an overall manager is exemplary. The food section stands out. The professionalism, courteousness was reflecting from everyone - Manisha, Prem, Manu all were superb. Shabnam truly stands out in that team. Her sensitivity to our needs are very praiseworthy. The chauffeur, Om ji who showed us Himachal for 4 days is another lovely individual. He did his job so beautifully well without any qualms and with a very polite attitude. The location of the property is simply outstanding. Nice majntained garden, river and mountain within striking distance and great live music in evening livened up our every moment. The owner, Anu was another outstanding individual with her humility, grace and personal touch. I have travelled globally but this experience truly stands out. Wish I knew of this better. Would love to visit again. Its a heaven of peace, a welcome departure from the regular hustle of an urban life. Thanks team.
