I visit regularly to Chennai for business work. This time, meeting with foreign based partner was there at Raj. Reached hotel from Airport in time, welcome was nice, grand loony, nice staff. Went straight to Coffee house. Meeting was nice & it was really good experience at Taj Taj is SarTaj

Ms. Sristhi at the front desk was very helpful and made our check out process smooth and hassle free. Everybody including the security guards, restaurant staff and house keeping staff were very courteous and efficient. Kudos to the hotel management for the excellent leadership. We'll done.

It's a memorable stay at Taj as the name signifies. Be it the reception staff, welcome of guests, security check, check in process, room ambience,in room dining , breakfast and lunch was fabulous. Standards were well maintained in all aspects.

Centrally located off Anna Salai Road. Welcoming staff, spacious rooms and comfortable beds and yes the fluffiest pillows too.

The pillows were very thick. Room 533 of Deluxe category. most of the plug points were not working. In Breakfast, no nuts were kept alongside the cereals. Basic item like BERGER MUISILIE was missing. SAUNA temperature was at 105 degrees, much more than the standards.
