I stay at various properties of Taj, whenever get the chance. so far I have never been disappointed. However, this time I was somewhat disappointed. there was something missing overall from the ambience, to the staff and general maintenance. carpets in corridors looked aged, rooms needed more cleaning, some grime and most mirrors needed replacement as the silver was peeling. Honestly expected more. Maybe, with Taj having so many brands, we have to be more selective in future.

Today morning when i was finding an ideal place breakfast, Taj Club House cane into my mind and I'll say that it was probably the best choice. When i called up for a table reservation at that time Ms.Nikita from the restaurant picked up the call and quickly responded to all of my concerns and made a table ready for me by the time I reach. And after that while i was enjoying the delicious breakfast, Mr.Aditya was always there for me to suggest new things and was really quick at the service.

I was traveling with my dog for work in Chennai and wanted a pet friendly option. It was a wonderful stay at the Taj, Staffs were very friendly and accommodating. I would like to mention special credit to Shriti at the reception for her genuine efforts to make my dog messi comfortable at the property. Really loved my stay. If I am traveling again to Chennai Taj clubhouse will be my hotel. Thank you Taj
