It was very wonderful stay at the Taj Aravali resort. The most I like was the care from the staff . Everyone there was so helping and so caring about each and everything . At reception ,Gungun name person was there, she was very good at making my stakes and very good also there was the room service staff name Abhimanyu was very nice. At the restaurant the head of the service staff I don't know his name but he was very gentle . I have visited many other five star hotels but I can say one line that is TAJ is TAJ. No other hotel can match the hospitality and experience of Taj. I would definitely recommended it to others and surely I'll go again there and also visit other Taj properties whenever I will find my chances.

From check in to check out the experience was above and beyond. The setting is spectacular and the staff here are what make this property so special. For nine days we enjoyed some of the best spa treatments we have ever had and enjoyed the dining experiences here - particularly the Rajasthani options. Our room was a great size with a stunning view of the greenery and the hills. But again...it's the people here. So genuine, welcoming and warm. Too many to name all here but here goes...Sushi and Anusha from Housekeeping, Chef Sanket, Bheru, Sandeep, Pratham in the dining outlets, Kanmihor at the pool, Shivangi and all on the Front Desk team, and all others we met. And a big thank you to the GM Mr Amit Singh for the extraordinary care and generosity. We will be back for sure.

I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent stay at Hotel Taj Aravali Udaipur, where I served as the tour coordinator for my group. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations in several aspects. I would like to address a discrepancy in the billing. We were charged for meals during our stay, despite being under the impression that meals were included as part of our arrangement as a tour coordinator. This unexpected charge has caused confusion and dissatisfaction among our group members. I trust that these issues can be addressed promptly to ensure that future guests have a more positive experience at your esteemed establishment. Additionally, I kindly request a review and adjustment of the billing to accurately reflect the terms of our agreement. Regarding the checkout procedure during my recent stay at Hotel Taj Aravali Udaipur. As the tour coordinator for my group, I was taken aback by the unexpected halt during the checkout process, where we were asked to settle all dues before leaving the premises. This interruption disrupted our departure plans and caused inconvenience to both myself and the members of my group. While I understand the importance of settling outstanding dues, such matters should ideally be addressed in a smoother and more organized manner, I appreciate your attention to these matters and look forward to your prompt response and resolution.

Great property and very well managed. All employees very friendly and professional, especially impressed by Surajpal ji and Kamal ji. Highly recommend the stay. Gym and the pool and very good. The staff also takes accountability for their mistakes and does well to rectify them.

Our experience at Taj Aravali Udaipur Resort and Spa during our corporate offsite from 11-14 April 2024 left much to be desired. Despite online rooms being advertised for a reasonable 10-11K, the hotel charged a staggering 18K plus taxes for the corporate offsite, a clear indication of taking advantage of corporate clientele. Unfortunately, the high price did not equate to quality service. Ramanpreet made verbal commitments regarding discounts on à la carte liquor, which were later reneged upon, citing lack of documentation. This lack of integrity and transparency was disheartening, and it became evident that the hotel's revenue department prioritized profit over guest satisfaction. Moreover, despite efforts to negotiate with the director of sales for a discount on rack rates, we were met with resistance and dismissiveness. It became apparent that verbal agreements held no weight, and the hotel was unwilling to accommodate reasonable requests. In addition, while individual travelers were allowed to bring liquor into their rooms, group guests were coerced into purchasing expensive options from the hotel. This inconsistency in policy was frustrating and felt like a tactic to maximize profits at the expense of guests' convenience and preferences. In conclusion, our experience at Taj Aravali Udaipur Resort and Spa was marred by exorbitant pricing, lack of integrity, and inconsistent policies. We caution future guests to exercise caution when dealing with the hotel and to ensure all agreements are documented in writing to avoid disappointment.
