The hotel is located near train station which is pretty convenient for those who prefer travelling around by public transport. I spent 2 nights and had a late checked in on the first night. Unfortunately the air-con has problem, i couldn’t adjust the temperature manually and it stays around 24 degree the whole night. The room feeling stuffy although it’s winter. I had a terrible night so I woke up earlier around 7 and requested a room change. The staff was helpful on my request. I spent second night with a wonderful sleep later. Overall a good stay, great breakfast.

lovely clean and modern hotel serving a delicious breakfast. Rooms are comfortable and the hotel is in a great location near buses and a MRT station. Many places to eat and drink nearby. The staff are very helpful especially the concierge who helped arrange a trip to Jiufen for us. Recommended and I would stay here again.

Cosy interior and staff were all friendly n helpful. Good location and breakfast was good but can have more varieties on alternate days . Will book again for next trip.Room was clean and comfortable with a large TV with comfortable bed and Bellmen were courteous and helpful too.

Comfortable stay. Quiet rooms. Good breakfast. Within walking distance to Zhongshan Junior High School MRT (BR12). Stayed in room 216. No window. Room is cozy for 2 adults. Bath tub available in the room. TV is cleverly mounted on the wall at where the bed is. Hoshina restaurant few doors away from hotel serves delicious udon (vegan).

Surprisingly Enjoyable quarantine stay

Stayed there for 8 nights for the quarantine and self health monitoring period during our recent visit to Taiwan. It was our first time to undergo quarantine with a young child and I was dreading it before the trip. However it went surprisingly well. It was actually one of the highlights of our trip. Our room was spacious and clean with well-arranged furniture. We could set up different areas for eating, playing and washing up. We actually loved chilling out in the bathroom with the ceiling to floor windows. The food provided was delicious most of the time and we were given fresh fruits with breakfast and dinner every day. As our child is too young to eat adult food, I ordered frozen children’s food in advance to the hotel. The hotel staff were most helpful in storing and bringing them up to our room when required. We were allowed to go out during the self health monitoring period. The hotel staff always checked if we would like to have lunch sent up to our room even when we returned after the normal lunch delivery time. What made our stay so enjoyable was the super supportive hotel staff who went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. They were very quick in responding to our emails / Line messages. I was actually a bit sad when it was time to leave.
