Lovely stay. Was not expecting this quality. Surprised and impressed. Clean and neat and a genuinely nice place for family and business trips. Not one of those shady hotels. The room service and staff are very good. The cute gestures of giving complementary tea cakes in the evening is a very warm gesture of hospitality. Their breakfast spread is very good. Almost everything is offered and the quality is very good. Tasty and fresh. Their lunch and buffet menu though same is again elaborate and tasty. In fact I have tasted all their dishes in the buffet and it was fresh and very delicious. HK and their in house TV staff are prompt. Very impressive hotel and I was a walk on at 11 pm. Lucky to have got the room. Spacious and clean. Everything in the room is functional. Did not find anything negative about this place. Definitely worth a visit. Location is good and public transport easily available.

I would choose “good” but 4 stars says “very good” so I’ll choose 3 instead. Service was attentive. Staff very pleasant and mean well. However the lack of myself misunderstanding Indian culture mixed with the lack of the staff (in particular the restaurant) not understanding fully what i am asking led to a lacklustre experience. For instance. It took 3 days to receive my requested “soft eggs” to be served soft. The rooms at first glance are very nice. But on second glance there are all sorts of ‘rough round the edges’ bodge job fixes applied. This all said. I had a great time. It’s just not 5 star or even 4. But a solid 3.5 star!

Big room and delicious food as I ate breakfast and dinner here daily. Chetan helped me resolve my issue regarding my flight home. Great location and now is my home while in Mumbai. Overall a great place. Safina and chetan were very good hosts at the reception. We received a warm welcome. Overall stay was great. Room was nice and spacious, the room service was also nice. Looking forward to staying there soon, would recommend this hotel.
