This is Sadieskumar from Chennai. We went with 11 members to this resort and this is my sixth visit to this particular resort. Out of 6 visits this time I was little disappointed with the food and also the maintenance. Swim pool was horrible due to water contamination. Less staffs makes us to feel bad. In restaurant we are very much satisfied with the service given by Mr.Leo. On my view he and the chef are the big assets of this property. Mr.Leo acts accordingly wat u expect. After our request manager Mr.Jineesh supported a lot and make our trip to get cherish. Anyhow we observed some inconveniences but my request to the property management to maintain this wonderful property for our further visits.

Staff was very friendly and supportive. Location and view was awesome. Food menu could have been better. Road to the resort of approx 500m was as bad as you would hv read in other reviews. But it is manageable.

Booked this resort after reaching wayanad, saw a beautiful room with balcony on the website, cudnt stop myself from booking.the resort is covered with trees evrywhr, the view from the balcony is very beautiful(i paid extra Rs.600 for delux room with falls view as they also have delux rooms with balcony forest view). u can see the Meenamutty falls falling off the cliif into the forest..we had great hospitality, the staff always spoke to us with smile on their face, the food is really good and with a reasonable price. there is pool, pegions, fish tank, table tennis, carrom..you will also find swing in 2-3 places, they have a private falls with 2mins walk....the road to this resort is the only drawback, around 2km you will face extreme drive testing if u are travelling in your own vehicle, you will be bad situtation if there is another vehicle coming ..at one place it has a 40 degree inclined road(hence 4 rating)..Good thing is they have exprienced driver who can drive your car till main road,
