It was nice experience, resort is awesome for amazing stay, staff and sub staff are very supportive. Staff is very good over here very supportive and coporatve helpfull. Room is very good and spacious Will recommend for stay when you will be in Manali.

Our stay was good in Sun park manali, Aloe ( 13-18 April 2024- Honeymoon suite and Maharaja suite Room). Staffs are very friendly starting from Reception Staffs, Bellboys, security, Front office manager and GM everyone is very polite and professional manners. F&B team was amazing specially Mr. Dilip, Tinku, Manish, Dimple, Dharnadra, Jay Ram. Restaurent food was delicious. Need implement the room amenities which is not there even for the highest category room such as Maharaja Suite. Missing Amenities are : No Mineral water No hair dryer No Disposal Slippers No fruit basket No saving kit No hand towel No Comb. A/C not working. It's cut off every 5 minutes then how it's gone maintain the temperature. Bedsheet got damaged even in maharaja Suite room but nobody noticed. Special paid Decoration only on bed not other areas no bathtub decoration. Which supposed to be done. There is nothing mentioned the special decoration subject. Like the decoration for what purpose example: For Birthday , Anniversary or Honeymoon etc.

This place is amazing for family, friends outing and couples. Safe and reliable, the staff is very respectful and we never felt this like a outside place it's like home away from home. Rooms are super clean and even the food is amazing. I will definitely recommend this to anyone coming to manali for a short or a long stay or vacation.
