We had an excellent experience at the resort, and the hospitality was to notch. The spa experience was great as well. I went for a run in the near countryside and it was beautiful all around. Overall, a great trip for my family and I.

Property location is awesome, we'll maintained,food not up to the mark,front office staff definitely not copearative at all, good service at restaurant especially Mr Lokesh immense patience always smiling and cheerful, taste of food needs to improve a lot,,your kodialkanal lake view property had better range and awesome taste.please include some exclusive kerala authentic food to the menu,,,room service pathetic takes minimum of 25 minutes for anything you ask.

Sterling Wayanad is truly one of the best Sterling properties I’ve stayed at. The property is located in a serene forest area; the property is incredibly beautiful and offers a refreshing getaway close to nature. The staff is excellent, very courteous, and always ready to help, which makes the experience all the more special. The evening activities are a highlight here – especially the events conducted by Mr. Dileep, who is a fantastic entertainer and really brings the evenings to life. The buffet breakfast has a wide variety of options and is consistently delicious. Getting around the property is easy with buggies that take you from the reception to your room, adding to the convenience. There are also additional activities like pottery and ziplining that make the stay even more engaging. The swimming pool is very well maintained. Overall, this was one of my best Sterling stays ever – a perfect mix of comfort, hospitality, and experiences. Highly recommended!

** Had a great stay at Sterling Wayanad! The location is stunning – surrounded by greenery and very calm. Rooms were clean, well-kept, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The food was really good, with a nice variety. Special thanks to Sreenath,, for being so helpful and responsive during the booking – made everything hassle-free. The rest of the staff were also very courteous and attentive. Would happily come back again!

I recently stayed at this resort and had a wonderful experience overall. The food was really good with a variety of options to enjoy, and the staff deserves special mention like Chef Sudheesh Chadran – they were extremely friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The property itself is very well maintained and packed with facilities – from a swimming pool and zip line to indoor games, a play area, and open grounds, there’s plenty to keep everyone engaged. The rooms were also comfortable, spacious, and very clean. On the flip side, there were a few too many monkeys around the property, which at times felt a bit inconvenient. Also, the pricing seemed slightly on the higher side compared to similar resorts. That said, the positives far outweigh the negatives. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with good food, great hospitality, and lots of activities, this resort is definitely worth considering.
