The experience at Sterling Manali was delightful and warm. Our stay was made comfortable and memorable through the efforts of entire team Sterling Manali. Mr Vijay the front desk manager ensured our requests were met and provided us with a beautiful view room. Mr Mohit of Discovery Central was extremely helpful and courteous. The highlight of our stay is the food and team Kullu Kitchen needs to be applauded for their promptness. We thank Mr Balbir for accommodating all our specific food requirements. We got to savour authentic Himachali cuisine and enjoyed all our meals. Mr Vikram and Mr Bishal were very prompt very courteous and Mr Vikram has great awareness about the local cuisine. Chef Alam exudes warmth through his food and all our meals were extremely delicious thanks to him. The housekeeping team is very prompt. The travel desk and Ms Shagun in particular is very helpful. She curated all our travels and personally ensured our comfort and choices were duly fulfilled. Sterling Manali is highly recommended for its warmth, location, delicious food and a capable travel team.

Nice property ....good view rooms specially for families it's a much better resort ..In sterling Manali there is Activity area discovery central where our kids enjoyed so much ..a lot of games are there like air hockey VR..fooseball .. painting..and all are taken care by Mr.Mohit very well ..he is very helpful and friendly...all the staff is very curtieus..very helpful ..it's a good experience...

Though I did not stay at Sterling Resort, Manali, i happened to have all 3 meals at Sterling Resort during my 4 days stay at Manali. The food was excellent, very flavourful and a wide and awesome variety. The himachali local cuisine is a must try there. The kullu kitchen as the restaurant is called is hygenic and spacious. The best part is the service over there which is above par, specially want to mention Shri Ravi Singh who took extreme care and served us and help us decide the menu as per our taste and flavours. The manager Shri Balram is also very cooperative and helpful. Thanks a lot and keep up the good work.

The Stay was very comfortable and the location is fantastic.The staff right from the front office to house keeping staff is very polite , humble and eager to help.
