Jhansi and Krishna's service were really great .Especially all the snacks(veg fingers) and beverages were too good. They were polite and receptive to our needs. The entire sterling team managed the show with more crowd. Little bit they try to ask for the sterling membership but its upto u to decided overall kodaikanal was great experience.

Stay was good. And the staff are very friendly and they are trying to give advice as per our needs especially the receptionist Abhirami and the most friendly staff Ajmal & Adithyan was awesome, they had shared their good experience to us that help us to explore the Kodaikanal. To be Frank am not completely satisfied with the food. But the it's adjustable.

I stayed at sterling hotel with my family and it was wonderful trip I ever had. The hotel location is outskirt however the staff made it best I tried the restaurant which serves Indian cuisine and it was totally the best choice I made. It was best to been there. All the staff in hotel made sure that the stay I had to be memorable.

The place was very nice and very relaxing. I would like to recommend and share with my friends this place mainly during this time. Overall staff was fantastic and Saikat was very good during the breakfast he serves very well overall we enjoyed

I had an awesome experience with Sterling Kodai Lake, F&B manager Jumkar was outstanding, food, stay was appreciable. I will definately recomend this to my family, all my relatives. Thank you once again Sterling Kodai Lake it was wonderful experiences.
