We have stayed at St. Marks Hotel quite a few times and our most recent stay was just as nice as the previous ones. It is a comfortable place that is centrally located. The staff in the reception area are gracious, welcoming, and very helpful. Mr. Syed Usman and Mr. Masood Ahmed handled all my e-mail inquiries promptly and efficiently. The staff in the restaurants and the Luscious Bar too are always pleasant and eager to help. The breakfast buffet was outstanding with plenty of variety. The food at the roof-top restaurant was among the best we had in India. The Housekeeping staff did a wonderful job everyday. Finally, please direct some of the hotel guests to Mr. Mohammed, the rickshaw driver who is often parked outside the hotel. He is a kind and honest man and he could use more business. I am a frequent visitor over the years Quick 5 day trip from Florida for my high school class 40 year reunion Great location Easy access to main attractions Front door staff very helpful in getting local transportation and help with Rideshare vendors or autos on a busy street and always welcome with a smile and hold door open Great restaurants and bars in the vicinity Extremely well trained and friendly staff Transfers arranged on request to and from Airport very reliable and convenient I feel like I am at my home away from home Great food on room service I have eaten at their restaurant at past trips and having lived 25 years in my past life in Bangalore, I am impressed by quality and taste Rooms are ornate and spacy and very reasonably priced Lovely lobby well lit with a contemporary decor and a great spot to meet family I missed the new bar that will open soon this month By far our fav spot to visit as a consistent, quality product that should be a beacon to others on Indian hospitality Looking forward to visiting with spouse in future Poorna Chandra duty manager very helpful on WhatsApp before trip helping with transport and booking logistics Use their website to book and help boutique hotels win against the Goliath chains Great job management Will be back Gerald John Sarasota Florida
