I travelled to Madurai to do an eye surgery with my family and the room provided had so many cockroaches that we couldn’t sleep. It was crawling on top of us when we were sleeping. When we requested them to spray the room, the room boy came with some pink liquid and cleaned the room. Even after that, there were cockroaches under the pillows, under the blanket, under the bed and everywhere. It was a total nightmare. We only slept for one night and the second night it was so terrible that we moved to the hotel across the road.

Receptionist and manager NOT allotting the rooms properly as per our booking category.

We booked a suite room through make my trip on 14/9/19.The manager didnt allot us suite room and tried to cheat us by giving standard AC room.We again asked the manager to change the room and this time he gave the key of a deluxe room and said that we can't give you the suite room as your online booking cost for suite room is low when compared to their tariff. After a long argument he gave suite room key as we have the correct booking category of a suite room. This happens all the time with annapoorna . They just say to us that Ur booking is not correct and other lame excuses

Rooms here is very horrible. Not even providing blanket.when asked about this to manager, he said they will not provide and we need to bring it from home, he himself was blaming us for booking this hotel. Only good thing about this room is the AC is still working. We are having a experience of staying in a AC storeroom.

They don’t speak English You must to book online My mail said « free breakfast » but they said no The bedsheet are soooo dirty and the guy said « no it’s new » (check the photo, it’s not new !!) Staff is so bad ... Not serious !

Positives and encouraging: Liked the employees - Jamaluddin,Shubha,Prakash,a GENTLEMAN from Sri Lanka -(he worked alone in the night shift on 13'th december 2017),and a guy who helped me - gave me a bucket full of HOT WATER at 19:00 hrs the same day. Negatives and Dissappointing: Both Air Conditioner and Cable NOT WORKING MOST of the TIME. BAD SMELL inside the room We had CHECKED IN on 12'th Dec 16:00hrs. We had booked 20 PLUS rooms-10 A/C and 11 Non A/c.
