Pathetic service. I would suggest everyone for not to go to south coast hotel as it is really worst. Nobody talks and behave properly. I had a poor experience with owner and the staff. They don't know how to talk with girls and they argue a lot. Service is really poor they really don't care for the customer. The only thing I liked is a room rest everything is not worth it. No cable connection is given in the room and they don't even recharge the cable channels for the customers. Please do not waste your money by going there. No wifi facility is available. If this will be the last hotel on earth then I would prefer to stay on road.

the hotel is situated at wagale estate in thane, opposite to old passport office. hotel rooms are big enough and maintained nicely. Rooms and toilets are clean. they provide tea maker in room, one complimentary bottled water, soap and shampoo. They dont have restaurant of their own and order food from a restaurant next to them. they provide room service. Complimentary breakfast, if provided, is served on terrace with tin shade with limited options.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and cooperative. The interior were good and the service was fantastic. The location gives easy access to buses, autos, and cabs. There are two point for improvement. 1) The breakfast was served in open on the terrace where bird would come around the food so to avoid that it should be served indoor. 2) A small refrigerator in the room would make a lotta difference. Overall, I still would give South Coast Hotel Thane 5 star. It was worth staying. Hope they continue to maintain and provide the same service.
