Similar to reviews by earlier travelers, the hotel is economical & descent. The facilities are limited to a average hotel nevertheless it is can be recommended for a very short stay. The hotel has facilities for food & beverages as well. The staff was exceptionally good & very forthcoming in making the stay pleasant.

I red lots of negative reviews about this property before booking this. The location was very convenient for me,so I booked this hotel despite the negative reviews. I was surprisingly happy that I received a good feeling from there. The rooms, Toilet, staffs all are very good. I listed this one of the good stays in Palakkad.

The room was very nice, spacious and clean. The hotel is under renovation and lots of facilities are in the process of being added. Does not currently have a restaurant and lift but the front desk said this is in the process of being added. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. They accommodated our request for a really late check out in the best possible way and arranged for transportation as well.

Rooms are reasonably clean, get 24 hours hot water which is a big plus. AC was not working when we checked in. They moved us to another room. AC was working but we realized in the night the thermostat was broken when we needed to turn it down. Staff was unable to help fix it, they suggested turning it off - which was a bummer. Staff is nice though and will help where they can. Few years ago, before they renovated they had a better looking lobby. New lobby is small and feels tight. No change to rooms though.

This should not be titled as hotel but a lodge. This should not be recommended to any other standard guest. No water was kept in the room and bathroom does not lock. Terrible disturbance from neighbouring rooms till wee hours the next day. No responsible person in the reception
