Slow to react team. Sanitary ware in bathroom very tight especially the shower tap. Reception not worried about customers. Maintenance not great.

A Grand Property, nice rooms. However, property needs maintenance. Rooms are big with great views. Restaurant I also huge still needs touch up. Food taste is good. Service is nice and quick. If planning a one day trip you can give it a chance.

I was here for a quick night stay while visiting Shri Mahakaleshwar Temple. We had to select between solitare and Anjushree (where we had stayed earlier) and unfortunately, we went for solitare this time. The checkin was okay and so were their common areas. The blankets provided were full of smell, the bathroom fittings broken, rooms with complimentary mosquitoes and to top it all, their in-room service's hygiene was questionable at best. You can see the attached picture for the flask given and that should tell you about the level of cleanliness they maintain. It was an overnight stay but i'd stay away from them even if it was a quick few hours stay.

We were here for attending mahakaleshwar temple morning aarti. The hotel was over- crowded ( a marriage n birthday party) and not a single person including the staff were not wearing mask. I doubt they were following covid- protocols. Room was very average n small, the worst part was bathroom with lot of seepage n water was accumulated in the corner. We ordered corn salad, pakodas and dal makhni for the dinner, dal makhani looks like dal tadka. Next day morning for breakfast, we were guided to a restaurant which was locked. Even the receptionists were not aware that no arrangments were made for in house guests. Lastly we were served in our hotel room with idli sambhar, bread butter n sweet poha. No paranthas or omelette. Overall a very average stay for the amount we have paid.
