This hotel is located in congested area second thing rooms are not clean towel's which is given it was used no fans no AC bathroom exhaust fan and Windows facing to another hotel and anyone can see what is going on in a bathroom in short privacy matters rooms first floor and second floor you have to walk lot I will not suggest more than 60 years person should go for this hotel as you have to climb very high

1. *Room Cleanliness*: The room was not clean, and there were dust and dirt particles everywhere. 2. *Toilet Cleanliness*: The toilet was not cleaned properly, and it was unhygienic. 3. *Blankets*: The blankets provided were dirty and had stains. 1. *Staff Behavior*: The staff's behavior was unfriendly, and they didn't have good smiles. 2. *Service Quality*: The service quality was third-class, and the staff seemed uninterested in helping guests.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay.
