Travelling is one of my favourite hobbies. I work very hard throughout the year and set aside a small amount to rest and relax whenever I feel the need for a break. This time, we chose to visit Manali. Since it was quite far from home, we were initially concerned about how well we would be able to adjust to the accommodation and food. Our travel agency, Leo Tours and Travels, selected this place for us to stay during our time in Manali — and words cannot express how pleasant our experience was. The rooms were very neat, clean, and spacious. My partner and I are big-time foodies. We absolutely love spicy and flavourful food. Whenever we travel, we usually stay at one place and eat out most of the time. However, on this trip, the food served at the hotel was simply the best we had throughout our journey. It wasn’t just the food — the behaviour and manners of the staff truly stood out. They were incredibly respectful, humble, and always happy to serve us. I especially noticed that the moment my water glass was empty, it was filled almost immediately. I still remember a waitress who always greeted us with the sweetest smile — it was truly heartwarming. Anyone travelling around this area, I highly recommend Snowflakes — it is, without a doubt, a 10/10."

Breathtaking views, exceptional service, and cozy accommodations. A perfect hill station getaway, no doubt it is a stunning property with warm hospitality and delicious food. Highly recommend 😊 The staff is very friendly specially the GM vikram sir he is such a helpfull and nice person. Definitely worth visiting, Can't wait to come back..
