Last month I stayed for 2 nights from 24/6/23 to 26/6/23. I had a good experience in this Resort. The Swimming pool was well maintained and the room was very good with the furniture. The Room service was good. I enjoyed the Food the most with the Morning Complimentary Breakfast with the variety of Cut fruits, Sambhar, idli, wada, omlette live counter and Juices. On the first day I had Lunch here with Goan Fish curry, Veg Handi and Lachaa paratha. I enjoyed the Fish curry very much and the Veg Handi was too good. The steamed Rice was offered with Fish curry. May be the prices was high but little bit reasonable. I would like to give 10/10 for the Chefs for having cooked such an Excellent meals. I like to come here once more when I go to Goa. For Room service I had ordered Fruit salada and Matka Kulfi. It was very good. There is a Mini Bar in the Room with beers and soft drinks which is there at a reasonable rate. I had requested the Housekeeping to refill the Tea, coffee, Sugar and Milk creamer sachets and water as well on the same day. It was done within 10 minutes with no extra cost. May be it was a Rainy day that I visited but still I enjoyed my time in this Resort.

3 star guesthouse with 1 star hospitality . It does not seems like hotel anymore . We stayed there from 24 - 27 March 2023 , 3 Standard rooms 802/803/804. This used to be a good hotel couple of years back , but now it has increased its rooms capacity exponentially without expanding supporting infra. Seems like they are on a cost cutting spree which turns customer experience into a very pathetic experience . Couple of points I would like to highlight :- • Washrooms were small and not clean , Even Mosquito repellents ( Allout ) was not working in the rooms . • When we asked for extra clean towels , They were so reluctant to replace and mentioned that we can only get 2 towels per day . You will not experience this even in 1 star hotels . • For Basic toiletries , you need to follow up several times. • We have to wait for 20-25 min to have a table for breakfast . They have way too less seating capacity . Better to book this hotel without breakfast as anyways it’s a struggle ( just in case if you have to book) . • Breakfast buffet spread is very limited and not up to mark . • TV units does not work , Even after requesting , DTH was not recharged. • Pool is very small , just for a namesake. • Barely any breathing and walking space left, Whole Walking area near pool is swamped with parked 2 wheelers . Bottomline :- Don’t expect much , It’s a low class budget guesthouse , If your budget is below 2000 per night , then you can consider , else skip. Would not suggest for families.

We had terrible experience with staff. Very bad and rude behaviour everything u ask for they will reply negative and in rude tone. We asked for extra blanket they said we will charge you for extra bed then only we will give you blanket. Food is ok, rooms are clean only issue is staff behaviour. Request to higher management kindly give proper training to your staff.

It was great. …….Good view, good service, everything was perfect……..We enjoyed.. ……they have two pools and 4 jacuzzi.. …….the stay was amazing.. …….. everybody should stay here and must enjoy every bit.. hotel is in good locations…. They have there own night clubb and casino

Worst hotel in goa….the staff is very incoperative🤢🤢🤢I would suggest never stay here in free also Ridiculous They don’t knw how to behave and didn’t knoch while entering room Check out is at 10:00 am and they start pressuring at 9:00 amand staff entered the room without knocking at 9:00 am saying its time to checkout . I would say 1 line only WORST WORST WORST in capital letters.
