The place is full of arrogant staff, Non-cooperative cleaning staff, Highly arrogant receptionists, a restaurant that is unmanageable, rooms full of bugs and cockroaches, mosquitoes, we even have seen lot of earthworms in the bathrooms, which our children think of as baby snakes and are scared to death. Food quality is worst than street side vendors... There was always a shortfall of crockery, bowls, and spoons at the buffet, and all available were broken or damaged.. hot water is a myth you have to wait for it for ages... Hospitality Businesses basic word Hospitality is lost only Business minded people who think goa is fully crowded and they will get business anyways irrespective of their behavior and attitudes...

The location of the hotel is very nice. The rooms are spacious and the staff is courteous. Food tasted amazing specially their Chinese and Indian. Overall it was a great experience looks exactly the same as photos. Pool is huge and there is a good surround sound system when you are in the pool. You can have drinks and food in the pool or just chill at the sunbeds or loungers

We booked this hotel through travel agent. There were heaps of rubbish everywhere. Rooms were not cleaned, bath rooms were dirty and cockroaches and other insects like lizards, ants etc. were roaming in the room. Food was third class, we had package with Breakfast and dinner but we never had dinner at the hotel after first day. In breakfast everything was tasteless except bread butter. Behavior of staff was very rough. If you ask for room cleaning at 12, they will answer that room cleaning time is up to 10 am so cleaning will not be done and for every complaints, they will tell that ask your agent do not complaint with us. Overall we had worst experience in our entire stay of 4 days. We had to stay there for 4 days because management refused to refund our money.

Worst Experience! Never ever suggest anyone to book this hotel. It's a loss of your money... The staff over here is not cooperative they don't know how to talk to guest. We have booked 6 rooms for 15 people . They provided us room in which aunts and flies are enjoying on the bed …Rooms was totally messed up … which they shown in picture is totally different The Room Door Bell, Room telephone and Reception Ac is not working at all after complaining also . And it's just been one hour and a loads of complaints. Check in hotel was totally terrible …. Staff is unprofessional. It just looks good from outside but from inside it's worst . Worst Staff Worst Rooms And Worst experience. They don't even deserve 1 star! Please consider this review before going ahead.
