no indication where the hotel is located . hidden hotel: it is better never to know it HOTEL which is not indicated 1 hour to find it by ourselves and the man at the reception did not even help the taxi driver. The reception man is very bad: he is only interested in your money. Reception man harasses customers: moral harassment He is arrogant and does not respect clients. He asks for money for each request. He smells very bad : he doesn't wash He wears the same unwashed clothes throughout the stay The reception desk smells very bad IRRESPECTOUS WITH CUSTOMERS no wifi, no bath towels, no soap , no services , hotel 0 star In conclusion, I do not recommend this hotel especially because of the reception man who spoils the whole stay

it is not a hotel : 0 star dirty hotel, dirty rooms small room, small bed, no sheet, no water in the room the young man in reception is very bad : he does nothing for customers, he doesn't respect customers, he doesn't give towels he always asks customers for money very bad experience in this hotel this hotel is not maintained very bad smells at the reception, very bad smells in the hotel and in the rooms the neighbors of the hotel burn their waste in the evening: unbreathable air every evening the neighbors of the hotel make noise all night: impossible to sleep because of odors and noise In conclusion, I do not recommend this horrible hotel.

If all you are looking for is a neat and tidy AC room to crash after long days in goa...look no further. The rooms were clean and the washroom spotless.Antiskid tiles in the bathroom was a big plus with toddles. Very polite and helpful staff, especially Avinash was very sweet in getting stuff like hot water and milk for my kid...and the best part was that it is a 5 min walking distance from a quite and tidy tivai beach. If you like the crowd then keep walking on the beach and in 8 min you reach calngute beach....want still more crowd, keep walking and 10 more min you reach baga beach..lol...it's all just a long stretch. The bus stand is 1 min, scooty renting at hotel and lot of nice veg and nonveg eateries nearby. Great place to stay...ps the room has a mini fridge at these rates!

I was looking forward to stay here for 2 nights and have paid for the room and received confirmation over 1 month ago. Today 1 day before my arrival they cancelled my room and kept my money. Absolutely horrible behaviour! Don’t ever book at this hotel! Total Scam! Booking was confirmed and paid for! Lost both money and booking and total BS from hotel!

Nice facility,clean rooms,friendly staffs,near to the beach,specially the food was good,thanks to Mr.sandy the owner of the hotel he is very down to earth person and a better guide to explore Goa...!!
