Neither ac working nor exhaust. When asked to change room or refund money, they asked me to leave the hotel else stay in same room. Worst experience at this hotel. They are arrogant after taking money and provide no support to you

Hi, This is to provide a feedback of oyo Shanta Inn charbagh Lucknow. Today when we reached hotel and contacted reception for check in receptionist has taken more than half an hour to confirm the booking in my name when I shown him Booking in goibibo app and confirmation voucher to him. After that he was confused that we are are having booking in his hotel. I booked this room through goibibo.com I have to checkout the room within an hour after check-in because I was worried that due to non availability of blanket my family will suffer with cold after paying huge amount to hotel in the name of deluxe room. They even don't have blanket in Ac Delux room. in chilly winter in lucknow they offered a bedsheets to stay. When my wife made a complaint to reception regarding this, they offered a one more bedsheets to survive in chilling winter room. when outside temperature is below 10 digree in night. Again when we contacted reception they told us that all of their room are same kind and all rooms were also being sold. They can't help in this regard. Hotel staff were helpless. Pathetic experience with OYO Hotel Shanta INN Lucknow. Avoid this hotel if u have choice. Amit singh 9839777123

I booked mahagony suite. But the pics shown at website is totally misguiding. The rooms are very dirty. Sofa linen is very unhygienic. Bathroom floor is broken. Taps are broken. AC leaks water which flows besides bed. There is no geyser.fungus is inside fridge which can't be used. Treebo Toiletries are not available. And the lobby before room is actually used as garbage disposal area. and there are no lighting in lobby and stairs area.And the suite as a whole is not at all worthy staying.

I stayed for a night at Treebo Shanta Inn. I am a regular customer of Treebo hotels and this time too I am not disappointed. The room was clean. Prompt check in and check out. However at checkout I was told that I will get my bill over the mail as I booked online. It has been more than 72 hours of checkout and I am yet to get my bills. One more concern is the entrance of the hotel. As you can see from the attached pictures, the entrance is always blocked by cars and hence it becomes very difficult fir guest with luggage's to move in or out of the hotel. The management should put in effort to keep the entrance clear.
