Hey Guys, Recently i travelled to Goa with my friends, we stayed at Senhor Angelo Resort, The stay was good over there, but before booking make sure the rooms will be provided to you as we booked 4 rooms for our 2Night stay, they provide us 3 rooms instead saying rooms are not available now we will arrange that for you next day by providing family room and asked us to stay there (4 People in one room with one extra bed), we went next day and asked for the room, they said that rooms are full, we booked from agoda.com for staying and you need to ask to clean room until and unless rooms won't be made clean. Stay was good, for Food & Pool they charge extra, if you want to use the pool then you need to pay some amount.

Apart from the location and pool everything is poor... Will explain with lots of chapters Chapter 1 - we visited the so called resort at night and enquired about the hotel, the Manager Over there started reciting false compliments about the services, He said that we isntall TV after Check in, and ac geyser these are the very basics that we provide. *Reality* - we booked AC room he charged the whole amount at a time for 3 days, the first night we paid for AC room and the AC was not working so we stayed without AC, the geyser was not working. Just after Check in he denied to install TV,. The room walls were like disgusting.. Chapter 2- The next day we handovered the keys for geyser at the very morning, and we came back after 3-4 hours yet the geyser was not installed, and the reason was the guy who repairs, has visited twice..we have came back to resort for relaxation but we have to roam around them for the services we have paid and they had promised... The Experience was so irritating, The managers made us changing the rooms again and again, and when we started telling the truth about their services they said you have already used 2 rooms and now do you want to stay in this room or not, As we have other Guest for booking... The acting Skills are superb of the managers, every times they act like they don't know anything... Single line suggestion - Stay at beach or roam around roads, but never ever book this..

we have booked 4 rooms for 2 days by paying 36000 amount through OyO, during Jan 26th(long weekend), after confirmation we have been to this hotel, Mr Ranjith was at the reception, when contacted he started showing all his acting skills, stating we dont have any booking or OYO is not a partner with the any more. When we tried to contact OYO unfortunately no signal and all contacts are switched off. Luckily our booking was through Agoda, somehow I spoke to him and made him to accept our booking. Chapter 2: Rooms quality worst you will ever seen in life even paying 100 rupees is not worth, in first above to us my fried got, there was leakage from the bathroom and straight away that water is coming inside our room, when asked about this they said people left the tap and went away, hence this issue. I have requested to put extra mat, they cant afford even that. Better not to speak about Rooms, Quality of Bed, bathroom, No water(when enquired, he said we have RO plant and hence we dont give bottles) Chapter 3 Lock wasn't working for one of my friend, we have complained him in the morning around 11, we went out with families and came back to hotel around 9 pm, When enquired what is the reason, he stated saying lock repair guy struck in the traffic, I questioned was he struck from 12 hours. Literally everyting was visible from outside, how the hell family could stay without no door lock and bog hole to see every inch as whats happening inside Chapter 4: Next day mrning Mr ranjit came and repiared, but shifted our room to other where NO AC,sinking and worst smell. Worst part is he has given the room without door lock.big hole to other ladies group for 4k. Since it was peak season and over crowded we tends to buy whatever comes I dont abuse to MR ranjith, as he was manager puppet and ensure he dont want to pay single rupee for any repairs, they where many families who where waiting in the lobby for 4/5 hours, got to cancel the room and leave for another. Chapter 5: This guy goes near mainroad opp to Hotel rangoli I guess and asks whether you want room, but cancels all the booking saying we dont have any booking. Another smartness is if you say you have OYO he says we have cancelled and if you say Agoda we have closed parternship and says we had with OYO U Bottom line: Ek NUMBER KA CHOOR hai Ram and other lady was very supportive, swimming pool was awesome. but again I am re iterating, never ever think of staying in this hotel

Please don't waste money and time by booking this hotel. To explain my experience during my 4 nights stay, I had booked this hotel through Agoda.com website by paying 12,907 for two Triple Deluxe Family room for 4 nights. The checkin time was at 12PM and we family of 4 adults and 4kids (4yrs age 2kids and 2yrs age 2kids) at 7.30 in the evening on the day of checkin. When arrived at the property, the booking manager at reception Mr.Ranjith gave a lame reason that the property name is OYO Senhor Angelo Resort and your booking is not confirmed and we do not have any booking in your name. He asked us to contact Agoda customer care and acted as if like helping us and later didn't accept the booking and pressurized us to cancel the booking and book the same room directly. When Agoda customer care representative tried to contact the hotel reception, he purposefully disconnected the call in front of us. Later we handed over the mobile and made him to speak with Agoda people and he asked them to cancel the booking. This process took over 3 hrs and my family was waiting at lobby along with small kids. Since we were with family we were forced to book the same 2 rooms directly for 20,000 with no mistake of us. The rooms were also very dirty, the bedspread was full of stains. The housekeeping was also not done even after request. Ranjith also took the DL from us for ID purpose and we forgot and even he didn't have curtousy to return back the document. After rooms were booked he was not even responding to the guests requests. Please do not go for this hotel instead there are pretty more good hotels for stay at Calangute for even more reasonable price.

Pathetic Service, poor quality hotel, complete waste of money. Hotel Manager Mr. Ranjit is a total fraud and will ensure that you will face trouble at every moment from check-in to check-out. Room was in poor condition and has termites on all wooden furniture. Room light is so low you can barely see yourself in the mirror. Geyser and TV were non-functional. Room AC does not even a remote and was hard set at 24 degrees. Hotel did not even provided a single quantity of bottled water. No toiletries provided. Complimentary Breakfast was served daily 1-1.5 hours late. It was a nightmare for all the guests as every one was seen complaining about the poor state of hotel and service.
