I have rated 1 just because if there would have -1 I would have give below than this "it was a nightmare or I would say pathetic hotel it was, the morning breakfast wasn't up to the mark, even there was no room service available after 10pm.the room was dirty even the staff was so rude or arrogant. They were charging me for the keys that I have lost, charged me over 500,for just a simple card key, this was first time I ever seen in my life where hotel was charging me for 1 key then I didn't lost it, it was taken by the hotel housekeeping staff.i have booked hotel for rs 13000 this kind of service they have been providing I would request you all dont do the reservation on this hotel.

Really very poor hygiene bathrooms after usage of some other people was not cleaned and not good at all and very important thing is no hospitality..only advantage is good food.Had very bad experience

No Telephone, No soaps, No glasses just a plain room and that's supposed to be a great service. Owner claims we damaged the walls but infact the staff who shifted the furniture and did what he had to do as he had no clue on what to do and how to do with a limited staff. We had to go up and down three times since there is no telephone and they didn't listen to join the bed or provide water on one go. What kind of supervising does your Room manager does when you don't see a telephone in room or a glass or a kettle or even small toiletries or a soap. How does one feel satisfied?? We had to take in as we didn't want to spoil our trip at start and had to adjust for a day. We didn't complaint as we felt risked in an unknown place and didn't want to go trough any trouble. Sorry but the hotel is not always right.

Nice hotel. Cozy rooms. Only negetive things is beach is not near to hotel otherwise everything is good. Bathrooms are clean. Majorda & colva beach are 7-8 km away from hotel. Hotel can provide u bike for rent

Housekeeping had to be chased for drinking water! Why would you run a hotel in Goa (people go for the weekend, right?) and keep the Gym closed on Sunday? I was amused. Not a great location for anything. The closest beach is Rs. 500 away (to and fro!). Breakfast spread was not good...but as usual in Goa - the people are nice.
