We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seasons by Xperience, Nainital. The location is scenic, the property well-maintained, and the team extremely professional and helpful. Food quality exceeded expectations. A suggestion would be to introduce some indoor games or cultural evenings to enhance guest engagement. Highly recommended!

Rooms are spacious however need to uograde a bit. Breathtaking views of lake and mountains from each room. Hospitality is at top level. Have decent spread in breakfast however need to improve the taste. To reach the hotel u need to move through a steep road of 250 mtrs upward. Climbing such road for aged people would be very difficult. But hotel provide regular shuttle for pick up and drop at regular intervals till 9.00 pm. That is a great service that they have kept for all the guest.

LOCATION: This is perhaps the only (reasonable) star category hotel from a reputed chain in close proximity to Mall Road. The biggest reason for its selection for us. PARKING: Sufficient parking within hotel compound. Use hotel driver to drive your car up negotiating the STEEP slope. COMMON FACILITIES: Reasonably sufficient waiting areas at reception. A hall with some games at first floor. Good dining hall leading to garden seating at entry level. ROOMS: Many varieties. The flag bearers are the lake facing ones with Balcony. Rooms are appointed with all the facilities such 3 star hotel should provide. Balconies offer the unparalleled views (for which the rooms are charged almost double compared to other category). However, we felt the rooms were a bit tight space. Even the balconies could have been bigger. Wash room too was just sufficient. SERVICE PERSONALE: Same good at all the levels and places from Reception to dining hall to room housekeeping. GOOD GESTURE: Hotel provides shuttle car from hotel to Mall Road. This is more of solution to the “STEEP” problem than a facility. Nevertheless it’s appreciated. COULD BE BETTER: Common wash rooms at the reception foyer level were almost always found in unacceptable level of hygiene and Maintanance. The finishes within the room and the hotel at large needs a round of upliftment. The upkeep and cleanliness at the rooms and common areas need to raise their benchmark a bit.

I booked this hotel since it was relatively a new property in comparisons to Hotels on Mall road with lake view, and away from the Mall road which I very much wanted . Moreover, other options on the Mall road were considerably old properties. Stayed for 02 nights. Location and approach is very very BAD, although the hotel provides pick up and drop service from the Mall road. The hotel is poorly maintained, with curtains hanging without rings, matress in very poor shape, low quality linen etc. The sleep was not at all comfortable with the matress sinking more than required. The food quality was also nothing much to boast. The staff was polite no doubt. Those driving in own car should forget getting in n out of the hotel on a daily basis since once needs expertise in driving on the steep climb as I observed even local drivers struggling. On further enquiry ,I realised there were better lake facing options available at 60% the rate of this property. Over all average.
