Stayed here in 2017 with two teenage kids, absolutely fantastic. Great facilities, suite was amazing and a great size, staff helpful and a brilliant location. Ideal for a family with kids of any age. Really want to go back!

1 . These are duplex/triplex apartments built in Candolim with a nice swimming pool 2. Although pool is not big , but enough to cater the crowd 3. Staff hospitality right from owner to every single employee reflects high class professionalism . From warmth in checkins to eagerness to cater guest need is superb 4. Villas are big , clean hygienic with big bedrooms, clean bathrooms and towels provided 5. There are two access to Candolim beach . Orthodox approach is like 2 kms away OR one can cross rather empty plot to beach ( not recommended as access is through filthy gutter and bushes ) 6 . Breakfast buffet options are limited but tasty 7. It is in proximity to good restaurants in Candolim 8. In our stay there was problem or power tripping , although generator kicked in . But problem remained . Owner was however quick to offer us replacement 9 . There is good parking space available as well 10. Apartments have good balcony access as well Would not mind coming here again

This was our 2nd visit to Seashell Beach Suites since our last visit in 2016 & the hotel is really in excellent shape. The rooms are immaculately clean, the breakfast has improved with dosas & bacon on order amongst other regulars, a lovely pool & the surroundings spic & span. The hotel staff are very attentive & ready to serve you all the time. The beach is just 5 mins away & on the other side of the road are 2 supermarkets & plenty of restaurants to dine in. The beauty of Seashell Beach Suites is you don't need a car to go anywhere in Candolim. It is in the heart of Candolim yet away from the hustle & bustle. Compliments to the GM Mr. Mario & the Manager Mr. Kakulo & their staff for maintaining a top class property.

This was one of our favorite getaways to Goa. It was on our favorite beach of Candolim, and easy to reach. We drove down, and were able to park easily at the hotel. Luckily, we also got a free upgrade of the room. Instead of a room - we got one of the 2 special villas - with it's own private swimming pool. The other rooms are also great - along with the common swimming pool - almost all amenities are present. The whole staff was very helpful for any request we had. Also, this is located at walking distance to some of the best restaurants in Candolim. I will definitely book my next stay here. Cons: The breakfast buffet can be enhanced a bit - but has a decent spread. Note: While booking - make sure of the name - it has a sister concern located on the opposite side of the road which is a bit of walking distance from the Beach.

It was home away from home . The villas are just few steps away from hustle bustle from candolim most happening market. If you want to enjoy the most happening restaurants just walk five minutes and you will be in middle of most happening place of Goa . If you want to enjoy beach of candolim just walk five minutes back side of resort and you will reach there. The beach is neat and only two shacks are there . You will enjoy very less crowded beach which is difficult to find in north Goa . Beach is clean . The pool was sufficient and was always available with very few people. It was well maintained . We opted for one bhk. The living area was huge and had two balconies. Rooms were very neat and clean . They had so much greenery around. These all things can be achieved by many nearby resorts but the main usp was their food and staff . We loved the buffet every morning and in room dinning.Staff was polite and well trained . They knew how to treat guests from the security guard to the restaurant manager. They arranged a delicious cake on my birthday and was wished by staff . Was not expecting as we never told them . Note we are vegetarian and had limited menu but we enjoyed every dish they had on the menu. I am sure the non veg menu which had more options would be delicious too . Few suggestions, if they can have some kids area that will help in enjoying hot afternoons . Please add some more snacks and main course items in the vegetarian menu . We had a delightful stay here for 3 nights and will surely stay here again !
