I've asked for room the receptionist told me there isn't any room available. That's alright,. But he told me rudely that, if you want to take the room you can. After paying almost 5.5K for a room I didn't get a proper room service.

I sent my employees on their annual office picnic to this resort. Complaints of very poor staff attitude and overall rudeness spoiled the environment - this is mainly one very rude individual at the reception. I will not host my office picnic here ever again.

Me and my friends went for a weekend trip to Mandarmani on second week of June. We made a prior booking from Kolkata to avoid any hassle over there. Upon reaching the hotel we were told we would get the rooms ready by 12pm. After waiting for 2 hours, around 1pm we asked the receptionist to provide the room and he was clueless to reply anything to us. Atlast after another half an hour we were given room no. 102 and once we entered the room we saw cement flakes are coming out of the walls, used toiletries inside the dustbin and the worse part AC was not working. We immediately called the reception and we were promised it will be repaired immediately. Till 4pm the AC was not working and they just have a small portable fan inside the room and in that scorching heat it was difficult even to stay inside the room. We returned to the room at 6.30 pm from beach and found the AC to be slightly better. In the evening we realised the AC is being controlled centrally as the temperature of the AC doesn't come below 25 degree. Around 3am again the AC was turned off for 2 hours for no reason. In the morning again from 8am to 10am the AC was working and after repeated complaints the hotel staffs did not bother to resolve the issue. We ordered for breakfast and tea from the room service and they bluntly replied we don't entertain room service on the day of check out. Then I started shouting on the person over the phone and then again he changed his words and replied we have shortage of manpower so come to restaurant and have your breakfast. Then when I told give me the number of your owner, he replied wait for 40 mins we will serve in your room. Then almost after an hour they served the breakfast in the room. While checking out we tried to give our feedback and the receptionist replied you are the first person to complaint about our hotel and denied the entire mess that we faced for 1 day. My ardent request to everyone reading this review please be careful before visiting this hotel.

We chose a Platinum room. The room was quite big, beautifully furnished and reasonably well maintained with all the important amenities like refrigerator, electric kettle, complimentary tea, coffee, etc. There was an attached balcony facing the sea. However, the view from the balcony was somewhat good.

I was in Sea Sand, Mandarmani from 26-jan-2018 to 28-jan-2018.very much upset with the service,cleanness and hygiene. Food is ok but poor service. I had a bad experience they served after 1 or 2 hours after 5/6 reminders. This hotels needs lot of improvement in all aspects.
