Lack of proper experience in the hospitality services is eminent at every level. Location, infrastructure, pricing is excellent. Guests had to face lot of inconvenience, difficulties because of lack of experience in the staff at every level. Management should immediately consider deploying proper skilled man power to overcome this issue before it is too late.

Chirala and Bapatla are two coastal towns in Andhra Pradesh. These are the first choices for a Sunday outing for people living in guntur district and nearby areas. These outings are generally day visits that involve a breakfast or lunch and some fun with the waves. But these are not your usual beach destinations. Imagine heat. The real Andhra heat that is. And hence these beaches were not maintained like the ones which bring revenue. As the pandemic restrictions were relaxed we wanted to take a break and not the 2-3 hour visit to the beach this time. A beachside resort was being searched for. To laze around on the beach and in the room away from the crowds ( heard they all went to manali). Google showed up Seabreeze resorts and the reviews were fine too. Booked through MMT but there is a catch here. For some reason, all the room variants of the resort are not available on MMT. You only get to book the standard AC rooms online, rest of them like cottages, suites can be only booked directly by the hotel booking office. Had no idea so got stuck with the standard rooms. Coming to the review itself, the rooms are just OK. The double beds are small. Bathrooms are just usable. We have seen a lot of hotels inside and outside of India and we were expecting a little more from the room for the price we paid. What saves the day is that the service from the staff from the gate till house keeping was all good. The food was hot and yum, the staff was warm and they all served with a smile. The property is well maintained with greenery ( not so common in these areas ). The beach is very near from the backdoor of the resort. The accessible part of the beach from this area is neat and tidy. The resort also sets up romantic dinner setup on the beach for you on extra charges and that's something. When we were leaving the resort we all were happy and we did get some real beach destination vibes. The only suggestion to the management is to uplift the rooms. No electric kettles, no hair dryers. These are pretty basic these days. Note to fellow travellers : airtel reception is bad. Jio works.

We traveled from Hyderabad family of 2 with 2 yr kid. Reached at 12 PM. 1st, they made us wait for almost 2 hours, though I called up and said i'll reach by 11:45 still they didn't cleanup room 2nd, They started vacating room in front of us, worst exp. total unhygienic place. Room lock was broken, AC not working, no hot water. fck paid 4000 for individual room 3rd, On arguing they refused to return the money, but somehow we didn't paid the rest of money and at last we left the hotel (Already paid 3500 booking) . didn't even showered or took rest. On argument, they said these rooms are walking room. Then why the hell they booked ? After a long 7 hr journey , this is not what i expected. They don't have a private beach, its a lie. I won't recommend anyone to book with this resort. Pathetic service, poor hospitality. I don't understand how govt is not interfering in the matter. Stay away fro this property. It's a loot. better go to beach , enjoy some time and book a hotel within 3 kms you will find many good options.

We visited chirala beach in august end and two days stay in Seabreeze resort made the vacation memorable and extremely fun filled. Pros: This is the only resort at the beach Exceptionally tasty and reasonable food Well maintained property and neat rooms. Staff is very supportive and humble Cons: Slightly costly But overall the beach and resort is good weekend gateway.

Nice and clean beach. Clutter free and less crowd makes it a best choice for weekend visit. We travelled from Hyderabad to Chirala and it took 6 hours. Resort rooms are neat and clean. Has a good room service, good food and kids play area.
