Worst experience i had ever faced. Staff is lazy. Staff won't listen to you. You will never get what u ordered. All staff is tyspy. Main drunker is hotel owner named pappu bhai. Pappu bhai is always in full on in alcohol.even the staffs are drunk.hotel is also very dirty,no maintainance,no daily cleaning of rooms, they r not true to their words, not good and not safe for family, food is also very expensive never visit this hotel. Don't get caught in their sweet words. When u go for booking they treat like u r god but when u check out then they show their real face. They always demand for more money rather then what was the deal was done. Whole staff is always ready to querral u but not to serve u.

We were waiting for bus and ordered a coffee; this is what we got. For health reasons, stay away. It's clear this joint has become lazy standard wise as travellers funnel in to wait for transport. They could do so much if they only tried.

Our worst hotel in India

With peeling walls and a room that forgot the last time it was dusted or properly cleaned we thought we saw the worst, only to discover as the night got colder that the filthy screen hide behind it a window that was missing the glass. When we called the front desk, they sent someone to tape over it a newspaper! Unapologeticly they explained that "this is the expensive room and in the summer it has an aircondition unit in the window" so they took it out and left a gaping hole in a freezing night of 9 centigrades. I can add about the full garbage container or other left behind items, but i think the picture is clear. I wouldn't stay here even for free!!!

My friend and I stayed here recently on our first trip to India together, by far one of the best places we had the pleasure of staying at. Very clean and tidy rooms for a very reasonable price. Good internet in the foyer, great location for public transport. But the best part about this place was definitely the owner Lucky, he was very friendly, and incredibly helpful. He was definitely one of the highlights of our trip and we can't wait to come back and see him

My friend and I stumbled upon this very charming hotel when waiting for our bus to Jaipur. It's in such a convenient location next to all transport links as well as the popular tourist destinations including the Taj. The rooms are gorgeous and very spacious, some even including a four posted bed which was rather a treat! The owner Lucky is so lovely, very welcoming and goes out of his way to ensure you have a pleasant stay and all your needs are met. I really advise anyone staying in Agra to come and get spoilt rotten at Hotel Sakura (a little gem of happiness).
