Excellent service and good rooms.. the food is so good..The rooms are well maintained very near to the airport.. cost effective staffs are very friendly and attentive only issue is parking.. thanks to the management for making our stay a memorable one highly recommend.

This hotel was awful. It’s about 8 km from the airport. The rooms look nothing like the pictures on TA or booking.com The bed sheets were filthy, the walls mouldy , they showed us 2 rooms both just as bad, The bathroom was dirty, no toilet paper( you have to buy it from the supermarket next door) The toilet seat was covered in urine. The bottled water provided in the room was opened and refilled! The phone in the room didn’t work. The hallways were full of dirty towels and linen. We walked out and checked into a much nicer hotel around the corner. By far the worst hotel I’ve ever seen!!!

I stayed there for 2 days and my son has spent 2 weeks there. He will be there for another 1 week. Though hotel rooms can be improved, but I am really impressed by the service quality there. Special mention of Chitra and Samuel who have gone extra mile for taking care of my son. When my son got hurt, Samuel took him to doctor and ensured he get proper treatment. Similarly Chitra has been supporting my son for all requirements within hotel. When we reported issues with room (bedsheet and cockroaches) room service immediately came and replaced the bedsheets and did treatment for cockroaches. As we landed on our wedding anniversary, they arranged (specially Hotel GM) for a small celebrations. Food in the hotel is great and clean. We had all our meals within hotel and my son even takes his lunch from hote. I was very worried about hotel based on review comments, but I am very happy with overall experience of the hotel. Do not mind staying there again

I stayed with my friends at Saibala grand hotel.we all enjoyed our stay. They have valet car parking for our cars. There is bar atteched to the hotel hifi bar. The area is busy always. Hope will visit next time when I come around.

I stayed there on leisure. They have restaurant and bar serving best food and the location is good. They have all services of a three star hotel. The cost is not high compared to other hotels. They have meeting Hall too.
