The hotel has spring mattresses and the spring rods are literally coming out of the bed. My leg got a very deep cut from the rod and I was bleeding so I went down at the reception and showed him my leg & told the same thing he smiled and said, "this is not possible, how can a rod come out from the bed". He sent the staff boy to see what had happened and even he smiled and said, "that's the spring". The whole time my cut was bleeding and they didn't even offer a First-Aid. He said, "how is that our fault that the rod came out of the bed, nevermind I'll give you another room". I checked out the same day

Located centrally. Rooms are medium sized and well kept. Bathrooms were neat and tidy Linen and towels were upto the mark. Did not have any meal, so would not comment on the same. The people who served were good and polite.

Baddest hotel experience ever in my life - receptions unfriendly uncultured Due to his talking I had to check out with my family in the middle of the night at 11 pm Never ever stay at this hotel very bad very very bad reception at the hotel unfriendly staff and unpleasant stay !! Friends highly recemond to not use this hotel for stay as the staff says they are here to make money once they get the money they don’t care about the guest said by the receptionist who is from Rajasthan himself

Firstly , I had booked this property through OYO. The room pictures are MISLEADING. The actual room was horrible, As a matter of speaking, would describe this hotel in one word as HORRIBLE HORROBLE ROOM / LOCATION / CLEANINESS & SERVICE. Had given some clothes for dry cleaning in the morning. Had confirmed if I was on time to have it received the same evening ( The usual Laundry service that every hotel offeres ). Was assured will be so. Evening when I asked for my laundry, was informed that was left behind. Man that's when I came to know when asked, till then the staff was numb about it.
