It was a very nice stay, good ambience, very neat n clean rooms. Staff very courteous. Good location near Railway Station. Tasty breakfast. Good stay for family, staff needs to be trained a little. Would certainly like to visit in future

We found this hotel online with good reviews. We were on a long road trip and wanted a decent place to halt at night. Found this conveniently located. The Hotel is bang on the main road and does not have a boundary wall. Was apprehensive about Car safety, but did not have a choice. The management assured of safety. Overall satisfactory stay. Staff were courteous and food was well prepared.

This a great choice if traveling with family. We chose the Royal Suite which was very spacious and also had a great bathroom. The restaurant offers excellent food. we tried the veg and non veg platter. They need little more training with staff for hospitality but i wont judge as Akola not really a metro city so pretty much expected

Exclusive Stay" Is The Best Place For The Party and Dinner , Which I have been Experienced , It is Truly Hygienic With Beautiful Interior Structure, The Service Staff Is Also So Cooperative, Because I Didn't Feel Any Ignorance from Staff, Specially a Hotel Manager, "Supriya Sir" He Managed All The Things So Easily Which I Liked..😎

It was Shocking to have an Unreserved Hall Despite paying a visit in physical and three times of confirmation on call. We wanted to celebrate Bhai Duj more grandly and triumph. The day before we paid a visit to the hotel to explore its menu and arrangement. After comparing all hotel in Akola we decided to host the ceremony in this grand looking hotel. We Confirmed with the manager thrice for the selected hall. Next day, I had an urge to visit the hotel before the guests arrive which we 28 in number. Arriving at the hotel, I got a different hall which was too congested and small. I asked an explanation from the staff and when they weren't helping to resolve the problem, I demanded to talk with the Manager. Talking with the Manager was too insulting and the problem was poorly resolved. The Manager was continuously proving us wrong where we were right and they were wrong. There was a Communication gap from there side and not from our side. We continued arguing until they promised us to have full privacy like before the hall. We were also frustrated and tired after having a full-fledge argument and agreed to their changes. The serving and the taste of food was great and everyone enjoyed it. After some time the manager forced us to merge with another family. (The forcing was not a requesting and there also he had an insulting tone). We had to agree and had a bad and insecure ceremony. I am afraid to state that the Manager and the staff together ruined our family ceremony. We would advise the future costumers to choose another hotel.
