Rooms are clean and spacious, Swimming Pool is of decent size and suitable for both Adults and children. Food taste is very good. Overall value for money stay and good place from where you can explore all beaches of North Goa. Plenty of parking space is available.

Decent Stay for 4 nights

We stayed for 4 nights during Diwali Week at Family Suite room at Royale Nirvana. Not a wow factor but rooms were pretty big, Good Breakfast, decent swimming pool and location near to Baga beach (10 mins by Car). Giving extra star for Ashok (the caretaker) and the chef. Only 2 items for breakfast for the food was very tasty. Shout out to Ashok for any issues and he will get addressed. Service can be a issue during morning hours when breakfast is served but we didnt face much issue. We had issue with the AC but was resolved by Ashok. Hence the extra star.

Arrived at the property just after midnight, was greeted by the owner who was very happy to help and spoke very good English. However, one member of staff showed s to our room..... a group of 4 adults expected to stay on 1 double bed for 8 nights? I don't understand why this was an option to book a room for 4 adults but with only 1 bed. We were then given 2 futons for the floor which were about 4 inches thick. As we moved the duvets around we noticed that every duvet we had been given was covered in stains and a awful grey colour. We then untucked the bedding from the double bed to notice the bottom of the bed was covered in ants. This was the last straw for us, we then went for a wonder to find a new hotel to check into in the morning. Also no toilet roll was in our bathroom either, so we had to then ask for toilet roll.
