Praew made the check in experience easy and smooth, she is very prompt and helpful. Breakfast has variety of options and is good. Hotel is at nice location, quite but close to nearby locations that’s an advantage.

It was excellent hotel to stay for long time even for couple of days. I found all hotel staff were so welcoming and friendly. The breakfast is excellent. It served my purpose during my stay. Per night cost is also competitive comparing other nearby hotels. The location of hotel is in a prime place to reach BTS sky train, markets, food, night club and other amenities. Even Pullman King Power hotel is just 2 minutes walk distance. I will recommend to stay with family and friends.

I was very surprised when we just arrived outside your hotel. Your staff was there at the entrance to welcome us by helping to bring our luggages into the lobby with a big smile on her face. Very friendly and polite indeed. She even helped us to do the check-in while we were enjoying the welcome drink provided by the hotel. Every time we went in and out of the hotel, your staff would very politely greeted us. Even for checking-out, we just sat at the lobby, and everything would be taken care of. This is the first time i ever encountered such good services. But the only con here is the hotel room. The room is very clean though but it lacks sufficient lighting. The room and toilet are considered quite dim. In the toilet, my husband couldnt shave his beard properly due to lack of brightness and i couldnt do a proper make-up. Hope the management could improve on this. Location wise, it is near the BTS Victory Monument Station, quite convenient i would say.

Brilliant hotel, friendly, local, spotless, stay here every time when visiting family in Bangkok wouldn't go anywhere else. Great park next door if fancy jog or walk in morning, 5 mins to Victory monument & BTSline on foot with great choice of places to eat within minutes & great breakfast at hotel in morning. Staff couldn't do more to help, highly recommended as being a independent hotel it feels a lot more welcoming & local.

I stumbled across this hotel about 10 years ago. Great location; walking distance from the BTS, a beautiful park at its front door, plenty of local and western food choices and coffee shops. A three star hotel with 5 star service, best buffet breakfast with a full service breakfast option as well. It is a credit to the hotel management; the staff are so well trained, respectful, service oriented, friendly and such naturally beautiful people. Don't be put off by the fact that the hotel external is probably due for a paint job. The entrance and lobby is quite grand for a three star, spotlessly clean, excellent dining space, comfortable lounging chairs with good space and all in very good condition. We usually book a delux room with breakfast and a park view. The bed and pillars are cloud like and the blackout curtains insure a good sleep. This is the type of hotel that you want to keep secret and at the same time tell all your friends about. Fingers crossed that they have a vacancy for my next visit.
