I visited with my family of three people and booked two rooms. Both the rooms were very good.clean beautifully furnished and equipped with all the essentials. One of the best experiences of khajjiar. The hotel has really a royal view, ambiance and hospitality. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Food is equally good alongwith the ways of serving. They serve fresh warm food and home like dessert. Hot water is available 24 hrs and they also provided blowers for keeping the room warm.It was our best decision to book the hotel. Sonu Sharma ji is the best host who made our visit very comfortable. They also arranged for paragliding which was another help from their side. The paragliding team picked us from the hotel itself and we didn't have to go anywhere and the team was equally helpful.If got another opportunity to visit the place I would like to stay at this hotel and visit Dalhousie and chamera from here only.

Good hotel to spend time in Khajjiar. Mountain View. Room upkeep average. Service good. Team good. Recommend staying night in Dalhousie rather than staying in Khajjiar. Khajjiar is good place to visit and take photo session.

Relax and Rejuvenate yourself in the lap of nature! Royal Residency Khajjiar is located in a wild life sanctuary area, facing the Dhauladhar Ranges giving you a chance to see a bear in front of the gate if you are lucky enough! Why should you stay here - 1) The rooms are extremely spacious, well maintained and facing the ranges! 2) They serve an amazing variety of food spread even though 3 out of 4 of us are PURE JAIN we were spoilt for choices of dishes - This is not easy to get in the Mountains! 3) Warm, Helpful and Trustworthy staff! 4) They bake amazing stuff from Tutti Futti biscuits to brownies - in House! 5) Last the most important is the friendly owner who is an amazing Host! Why should you Not stay here - I can't think of any reason except if you want to stay on a busy crowded street of Dalhousie! Pls see we stayed here for 5 nights!

We stayed at RR for 3 nights. It was super cold in khajjiar. We couldn't wait to reach the hotel. Firstly.. they checked our temperature s and sanitised our hands.. also the luggage. Everyone wore masks. Made us feel safe... We were welcomed with the very needed hot tea and a warm smile. It was evening and we ordered some mix pakodas. We sat in the gallery and enjoyed the view. We were given heaters in the room which made the room cozy and comfortable. We ordered in since it was too cold to step outside. Food was delicious. We had no complaints. The hotel has an in house bakery so we had fresh pastries and muffins each day. Would definitely suggest staying here firstly for the location. Khajjiar is In the center of Dalhousie and chamba... And the famous khajjiar meadow is just 2 Kms from here. Its peaceful and calm..away from the hustle bustle of Dalhousie. Special thanks to Vikram the owner who was always around trying to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
