The property is beautiful,well maintained. Ambience was bliss.Staff were courteous special thanks to Sagar, rishabh,vikas for helping out to get homestyle food for my 2 year old kid. Rooms were well maintained.

Some what a sad experience, the property being of a valued brand lacks that finese. The rooms & bathrooms are clean but the rooms aren't well aired despite it being the rain season , damp bedsheets & damp duvets with crawling insects really spoilt the first night. We wanted to check out the next day but since the booking with advance was for 2 nights we were denied a refund, no upgrade was offered. The evening high tea for both the days was just tea / coffee with plain cookies. Being the off season the staff was lack lustre & not attentive. The quality of buffet spread in the mornings also depends the hotel occupancy.
