This is a nice resort. Very well managed place. Rooms are good, clean and spacious ( though not as big as made to appear in photos). Staff is polite, efficient and well behaved. Clean and tidy pool. Big gym but useless in the absence of air conditioning. Restaurant serves amazing food at unbelievable price. Spa is manned by good people but lacks ambience and has too much background noise of staff talking loudly. Overall, good experience.

Reception service was unsatisfactory.During booking breakfast was included, but on checkin date from reception they said it's not included that too in a joke manner. All of us are paying money and definitely we like to use your facilities for our payment. There is no need to joke on that bkfst qn. Reception guy ( not lady) is always rude.

Rack rate superficially kept high. I just needed a few hours sleep but found the afternoon sun blazing into my room despite the curtains.very noisy from play area facing my room. AC not effective. Food was reasonably priced and good Away from the main road so transport rates for 13 km ride to airport at rs 1000 a bit high.

Today me and my friend has came for day out, booking through Vipin,it's amazing time we had. Mouth watering food and exceptional service by Gopal. He is the gems of the hotel.he serve always bwith smile. Pool, activity,music and overall is amazing. Bed sheets & pilow covers were very dirty when checked- in. 3 star hotel but expensive rooms. Only best thing was it's distance from Airport, just 5 min away from airport & Very quite environment. They should provide free breakfast atleast .
