Good location -- but that's all

They give you an entire flat which, in my case, was a one bedroom hall and kitchen flat. The kitchen was bare without any equipment such as kettle, fridge, toaster, etc which one normally associates with a serviced apartment. The bedroom is cramped and the bath is passable. There's a balcony attached to the bedroom but it was kept locked. If you opened the balcony attached to the kitchen you would be assailed by the unpleasant flutter of scared pigeons. They served a south indian breakfast (the staff I mean, not the pigeons) procured from outside that was too greasy and scared me into hallucinating about my next lipid profile test. Actually the place is all hemmed in and although there is no window with a view you hear the constant noise of horns and autorickshaws scurrying up and down the narrow lane in which it is located. The big St.Pius church is located right next to this place and the pealing bell and sermons awoke me regularly at 5.30 am every day. The only positive is it is located on Kamanahalli Main Road which is great for shopping or walking around. A short walk to Hennur Main Road. Rooms are not cleaned nor beds made everyday. You will find your room in the evening exactly as you left it in the morning. The staffer cleared my breakfast plates away but didn't think it fit to wipe the table. After a 2 day stay I left with a poor impression. Will I return to this place ? Not, if I can help it.

I visited this hotel with my friends but it's great for families as well. They provide a neat and tidy rooms which is appropriately priced. We enjoyed our stay here and it was very convenient the place is located in Kammanahalli itself. The only problem we faced was an initial delay in service bu that changed soon as well. It is a great place if you're looking for a clean and tidy place for the night or even to stay for a month or so.

Stayed for 5 days and Experienced one of the worst services one could expect. Rooms are in Bad condition without any maintenance. Had to change the room during the stay. Very unfriendly staff. Will not recommend anyone to stay at this place.

We stayed in the Royal Inn for 2 nights. The rooms are nice, we got a 2 bedroom apartment. spacious room, good bathroom and also a nice living room. the problem it is an apartment, so it has 2 rooms. we got into 202. room 201 was vacant, so we left our bags in the living room. In the night when we came, our bags were shifted to our room and the Room 201 was given to some other family without asking. we were a bit scared if any of our belongings were missin but nothing happened and everything was intact. the 2nd day the room service was so keep to clean the rooms that they came in 3 times even after saying NO. a bit annoying for me and my wife..!! Overall an average stay and good option for a large family.
