Somehow they charged my credit card twice. Some would call that stealing. Go somewhere else. They brought shame to their family.

We booked this hotel based on the high ratings as it was a last-minute trip to Bangalore. We were unpleasantly surprised from the minute we reached the hotel. Other than the standalone building itself, they do not have a compound wall around the building. It gave the feeling of a 1 star hotel from the onset. The reception staff are not well trained or pleasant. It felt like a small scale quick-fix operation. The room was very small and crowded, facing a vacant, unfenced, dilapidated plot where random vehicles were parked at all the time. Noise of traffic throughout the night, unable to sleep at all. There were not enough clean utensils available at the buffet service and the staff was not interested in providing good service. The last nail was the room assigned to us, the key fob didn't work, so it remained unlocked when we left the room. When this was reported, they gave a key to lock the room, which didn't work either. When informed of this, their response was, "it is safe here". Didn't even bother to offer another room. Will not ever go back to this place.

Please don't trust them with your bookings. They will call and threaten you to cancel the booking just because they have been offered a better price. It's a complete scam. Unprofessional Behaviour. The management rudely asked us to take it up with MMT as the booking was confirmed through their platform.

Hotel is well Connected to the City and food is so delicious. Front Office Team specifically Peter is so friendly and always welcome by the name which gives personalised service. Restaurant at 6th floor ha a different Aura which gives calm feelings. Staff are very good at Room Service. They remember your preferences for the Food and always ready to serve you with heart. Highly recommend this Property and special thanks to Front Office Peter .

An Ok experience. This is a new property and everything is new and looks good. But the management is poor. We had noise till 1 am as some party was going and management dis nothing to stop. The breakfast buffet is very limited. And food taste is not good. Ordered a Schezwan chowmein and left it completely as the taste was poor. So they need lot of improvement else this new property is no good.
